The judge failed to comply with the law, maintain professional competence in the law and engaged in conduct that is clearly inconsistent with the proper performance of the judge’s duties and cast public discredit upon the judiciary or the administration of justice by denying an appeal bond and failing to forward a case to the proper appellate court.
