The judge failed to be patient, dignified and courteous towards a law enforcement officer by referring to the officer as a “dirty cop” and accusing the office of resoling a matter “illegally.” The judge further cast reasonable doubt on the judge’s capacity to act impartially as a judge by giving advice on a civil matter, that was not pending in the judge’s court.
