The judge failed to treat individuals whom she dealt with in an official capacity with patience, dignity and courtesy, on a number of different occasions. Further, the judge attempted to pressure a witness regarding her statement to the Commission and retaliated against another witness for cooperating with the Commission’s investigation, in a manner that was clearly inconsistent with the proper performance of her duties.
