The judge failed to comply with the law, failed to maintain professional competence in the law, and denied parties their right to be heard when he: (1) changed the original judgment in their case without affording the parties notice of his intent to do so or the opportunity to be heard according to law; and (2) issued an unenforceable judgment and failed to award damages in the lawsuit.
