The judge failed to treat an attorney and his client with patience, dignity and courtesy expected of a judicial officer. Additionally, the judge's private, in-chambers meeting with the victim in the case raised questions that the judge might be unduly influenced or swayed by information obtained through such an improper independent investigation.
