The judge failed to maintain patience, courtesy and dignity toward a defendant when she raised her voice and made demeaning comments to the defendant. During magistration of the defendant, the judge repeatedly argued with the Defendant and tried to extract admissions from the defendant that went beyond the lawful scope and intended purpose of a magistration.
