The judge did not comply with the relevant provisions of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and the Texas Transportation Code in the handling of a criminal case. Furthermore, the filing of a criminal complaint is a public record, therefore refusing to provide a copy to any citizen, including the defendant, is a violation of the law.
