The judge failed to comply the law and failed to comply with Section 114.044 of the Texas Local Government Code by failing to file all mandatory monthly collection reports to the County Commissioners Court for several years and failing to file the required information on the reports that were filed. [Violation of Canon 2A of the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct.] Private Warning of a Former Justice of the Peace. (6/22/22).
