The judge’s conduct cast public discredit on the judiciary when he: (1) made comments at two Commissioner’s Court meetings threatening to kill and/or physically fight a county department head and a county commissioner; and (2) publically stated that he was going to call the Governor’s office to obtain a permit to kill two people with whom he was having a political dispute.
