After the judge's court had lost jurisdiction over the civil case, the judge assisted the plaintiff in collecting on the judgment. Without holding a hearing, the judge held the defendant in contempt for failure to pay the judgment and issued a warrant for the defendant's arrest. In a separate criminal case, the judge issued an arrest warrant for an unnamed defendant based upon a sworn complaint, which was devoid of specifics.
